Course Objectives:
1) To share experiences on the establishment and implementation of Korean central and municipal public service policies and to contribute to enhancing a cooperative relationship between Rwanda and Korea.
 
2) To provide a program consisting of lectures on Korean public service and fiscal systems, strategies for transparency enhancement, e-Government, and on-site visits to help solve the problems which the Rwanda Government is facing and improve the effectiveness of its fiscal management and administrative transparency.
